John Wesley Days

John Wesley Days, Jr is an educator, facilitator and expert in Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS). His areas of expertise include facilitating group processes, global finance, intercultural communication, global project management, simplifying value exchanges, designing for interconnectivity, and conflict mediation, focusing on creating conditions to eradicate systemic causes of conflict in the long term. From his work with the United Nations to his contributions to numerous global non-governmental organizations, Wesley generates opportunities to reveal the complexity of conflict and help people navigate an uncertain world. His work is motivated by the need for greater global cultural understanding and cooperation. It designs and provides process frameworks, content, and theory on adaptive change and innovation, and supports leaders, organizations, and networks in embedding and operationalizing adaptive skills. His proven and documented greatest talents, such as his understanding of platforms and ecosystems: multiple, interconnected actors, driven by intentionally designed incentives with situational awareness.

By providing services that span the entire city, we serve more than 2,800 caregivers, children, and youth with social services and 5,000 with emergency food assistance each year. â€‹â€‹

Lyrah Fosi

Lyrah Grace Fosl, MPH, is a facilitator, program coordinator, and expert in the fields of youth development and behavioral health. Lyrah has worked for 10+ years in the fields of youth violence prevention, restorative justice, and social-emotional development, where she has designed, evaluated, and facilitated programs that support youth in resolving conflicts and making decisions to reclaim their health, education, and political power. She has led community engaged research projects focused on interrupting youth violence escalation in online spaces and on LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness. She has worked in many communities as a community organizer, a mediator, and a facilitator of restorative justice. All of her multidisciplinary youth development work has focused on working alongside communities of young people as they build critical skills that allow them to use their voices and find resolutions to conflicts in their schools, neighborhoods, and personal lives.
